Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your order! However if you are unsatisfied please email us at info@miltonandco.com within 36 hours of your delivered order. Returns will only be accepted for unused products and should include all of the original packaging as when it was delivered. Used merchandise may not be returned unless defective. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective, in which case we will replace with the identical product. A photo of the damaged item will be required. You will be issued store credit for your returned item if you are dissatisfied with your order.


Refund Policy

Regrettably, Milton Candle Co does not offer refunds. All of our sales are final, however, store credit can be credited within the following instances: 

Damaged Product:

Milton & Co will offer a store credit for a product that has been damaged during the shipping process when the circumstance is under the following:

1. Contact Milton Candle Co via email (info@miltonandco.com) within 36 hours of your order being delivered, excluding nationally recognized holidays.
Within the email you must include the following: 
- Order Number (found within your original order confirmation email)
- Tracking Number
- Photos of damaged product

Note: Do NOT throw product away before sending us proof of damage, tracking number and your order number. Unfortunately, we cannot credit any of our products without proof of damage.

2. We may require that you ship the product back to Milton & Co. If so, you will be provided with a shipping label and once we have received it at Milton & Co, you will be credited.   

Wrong or Missing items:

We ask that upon receiving your order, especially if you ordered more than 1 item, review your Milton & Co products to ensure your order is correct. In the event that you receive. an incorrect order, please contact Milton Candle Co via email (info@miltonandco.com) within 36 hours of your order being delivered and take the following steps: 

Wrong Items:

1. Contact Milton & Co immediately with:

- Order Number (found within your original order confirmation email)
- Photos of incorrect items, regrettably, without photos we will not be able to complete an exchange of product
- Product(s) in perfect & sellable condition

2. We will require that you ship the product back to Milton & Co. You will be provided with a shipping label and once we have received it at Milton & Co, you will be either credited or sent the correct item upon immediate availability and your requested preference.

Missing Items: 

At Milton & Co, if we have made the mistake that there are items missing from your order, please contact us at info@miltonandco.com immediately upon your delivery.
Include the followings:
- Order Number
- Photos of the order you received, along with photos of the packaging. Regrettably, without photos we will not be able to complete a re-shipment of product. Once Milton & Co staff have determined that your order is missing an item, we will immediately ship out the missing merchandise with no extra cost to you. However, please be mindful, due to the nature of the products that we sell, most of which are hand poured, Milton & Co has a high demand and often has limited availability. If your missing items are not known to us within 36 hours of receiving the delivery, we potentially may not be able to send your correct items for 3-6 business days. If you are past the 36 hour window time-frame and your desired item is out of stock, you will have the option to have it fulfilled and will be informed of the estimated lead time or you may choose something of equal or lesser value.
If this is the case and you choose not to wait and do not desire any of our other products of equal or lesser value, we will issue a refund, which will appear within 3-10 business days, your financial institution may require an additional time to process this transaction.

Order Change/Cancellation

Please email info@miltonandco.com with your order number to check the status, cancel or change an order.
Contact must be made with Milton & Co within 12-24 hours to change or cancel an order. If you have received and order confirmation email, along with tracking number, we may not be able to recall the package to cancel your order. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied for all orders.
